How to inspire success

When I attended my high school reunion last month, I had the chance to tour the campus, which had seen many improvements since the time when I was there every weekday. One striking spot was the gymnasium, where the walls were festooned with rows of banners to mark league, district, and state championships the school’s teams had won over the years. I watched the volleyball team training for their coming season, and then noticed a large banner that summed up the focus, discipline, and pride that the current student body associate with their school.
